We decline any and all responsibility regarding the possibility that, due to the specific configuration of the customer's computer or to its malfunction, the colours of products viewed on the website may appear to be slightly different from the original ones.

The images contained on our website are the property of us. Any unauthorised use of such images, without the express written consent of our website shall be prosecuted according to the law.

It is possible that designers may decide to make changes to specific clothing items during production or decide not to produce them. In the event that the article is not produced, or that there are discrepancies between the clothing items shown in the website images at the time the customer pre-orders an item and those that actually arrive in store, we shall contact the customer to obtain expressed approval of the corresponding changes and to proceed to shipping or cancelling the order and providing for a refund.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

The stock of items featured on our website reflects the actual availability of the item in terms of size and colour. The website is connected to all shops and warehouses associated with us.

As an authorised dealer of all brands sold on the website, we guarantee the authenticity of every item.

Once the order request has been received, we reserve the right to confirm the availability of the items purchased. 

In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the customer's request, our Order Department shall provide timely notice to the customer in this regard.

MEASUREMENTS AND PRODUCT DETAILS

Every product available on the website includes images and a description of the details. For additional information or specific measurements relating to individual sizes, we offer a service that can be reached via email.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

The amount charged to your account may vary on the basis of exchange rate fluctuations and any bank charges applied by your bank.

For additional information in this regard please contact your bank or our customer service department.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

If existing funds are sufficient to cover the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly.

Credit cards will be charged at time of purchase even in the case of pre-orders, although the items will be shipped later in the season.

PAYPAL

By selecting the Paypal payment method customers can pay directly through their Paypal account. We reserve the right to ship items solely to the address listed on the verified Paypal account.

NEW CUSTOMERS

We wish to remind our customers that we may request your bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, including by directly contacting the counterparty bank. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

We reserve the right to ship orders solely to the billing address associated with the payment method.

PRE-ORDERS

On our website customers can pre-order items whose arrival is scheduled for the coming months.

The availability date indicated on the website is that confirmed by our suppliers.

For credit card or Paypal payments, the amount is charged at the time the order is placed.

For pre-orders paid by bank transfer, payment must be made within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

We decline any and all responsibility for eventual changes to the delivery date, cancellations or changes to pre-ordered items due to production changes.

In case the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid shall be refunded using the original payment method.

Pre-order items will be shipped as they become available.

THE COUNTRY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS SPECIFIED IN PRE-ORDERS CANNOT IN ANY WAY BE MODIFIED.

ORDER STATUS

Registered users who have credentials to access the private area on our website can check the status of their orders online.

We wish to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders of articles already in stock cannot be changed. 

Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Customers who have received a promotional code to use on our website through newsletters, social networks or on approved promotional websites can enter this code during checkout. Each code is associated with a start and end validity date and this time limit cannot in any way be extended.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The security thread on items that are returned should be neither cut nor broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not present any sign of use. 

Each item must be returned with all tags attached and including all original packaging and accessories received with the order, which should not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the outer packaging for the shipment.

Returns must be shipped in the box.

In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise or we have made a shipping error, the same instructions as above should be followed. We reserve the right to require photographic evidence before authorising returns of defective merchandise and assuming responsibility for shipping costs to return the items to its premises.

Returns authorised by us must be shipped from the same country to which the original order was delivered.

We reserve the right to not accept returns if the delivery entails additional costs for us or requires pickup from a courier branch.

We also reserve the right to refuse unauthorised returns or which otherwise do not comply with the conditions set out herein.

In such cases, the goods shall be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event that it is not able to receive verification from the customer's Bank. Changes can be made to orders by contacting our customer care department, which will forward the customer confirmation of the exchange.

Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. We reserve the right to delay shipping if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Special promotions or sales may cause shipping delays. We reserve the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.
